Starting in May, flower shops across Hokkaido will be selling special Snow Miku petunia and flower pot items, created in collaboration with Yokohama Nursery Co., Ltd.!
Hello everyone, Tanudama here! And I’m here to excitedly present the freshly announced merchandise available at the Sakura Miku x Goodsmile x Animate Cafรฉ to you. If you’d like to know specific details about the collaboration, you can read the main article here.
Without further ado, let me unveil the merch…
In the first box at the top, we can see the “big acrylic stands” for ยฅ1,600 (about ยฃ12 GBP / $15 USD). They feature the art of from ่ณ้ใตใฏ, Naoto and ใใใใใใ (Sakura Shiori) respectively. They will be roughly 15cm x 12cm, so they are indeed reasonably big.
Second on the list of merch are the “trading can badges”. And we all know what that means… it means that you won’t be able to choose which one you want, since they’ll be blind bagged. For the badges, we have two of each Cryptonloid (12 badges altogether), with half of them based of the illustration by ็ซ้ญ /Neko Sakana, and the other half from that of ใคใใใพใใคใฟ / Tsurushima Tatsumi. Let’s hope that we’ll have good luck when us Vocasphere reporters go there ourselves! These are ยฅ400 each (about ยฃ3 GBP / $4 USD) and each badge is about 5.6cm in diameter.
Now in the top left corner, we have a Sakura Miku lunchbox! In delicate pastel pink and white, we have a practical item that can be used to rekindle your memories of this Sakura Miku cafรฉ collaboration. This costs ยฅ1,600 too, it’s about 20.5 x 9 x 6 cm in size, is made of polypropylene and has a motif of ็ฆใใคใญ (Fuku Kitsune)’s Miku illustration . As well as getting the lunchbox, you’ll also be gifted with one of six Sakura Miku- only trading can badges! Again, since they’re trading can badges, you won’t be able to choose which one you want exactly, but they’re all cute either way. To top it all off, you’ll also get a set of five prawn-flavoured senbei (rice crackers).
To the right of the lunchbox are the “acrylic portraits”, of which there are ones for every commissioned artist (่ณ้ใตใฏ, ็ถฟ / Men (Attaka Taoru Men), ใใใใใใ (Sakura Shiori), ็ฆใใคใญ (Fuku Kitsune), Naoto, ใคใใใพใใคใฟ / Tsurushima Tatsumi and ็ซ้ญ / Neko Sakana. They’re actually pretty big at A4 size, and they cost ยฅ700 per portrait (about ยฃ5 GBP / $7 USD).
In the bottom left corner, you an see the designs for the “uchiwa” fans, which are fans that people tend to use in the summer to keep cool. You can get one with either the illustration from ่ณ้ใตใฏ, ็ถฟ / Men or ็ฆใใคใญ (Fuku Kitsune). Like the portraits, these are ยฅ700 each, but they come in a size of 11.2 cm x 13.4 cm.
As our last item we have the acrylic drink stirrers! At the top they have small illustration of ็ซ้ญ / Neko Sakana’s Miku, Rin, Len, Luka, Meiko and Kaito, depending on which one you buy. Each one is about 17 cm in length, with the illustrated part being around 3.5 cm in diameter, and they’ll set you back by ยฅ800 per portrait (about ยฃ6 GBP / $8 USD).
(Note: all prices include tax!)
But there’s something else I’m particularly excited about… and it’s the new campaign the cafรฉ will have!
Okay… so here’s what you have to do to be in with the chance of winning one of ten Sakura Miku happi (a traditional japanese straight- sleeved coat, typically worn to festivals).
Take a photo of the menu, merchandise or store when you’re there.
Upload the photo to social media and show it to a member of staff in- store so that they can verify it.
Fill in the application form that they give you. Once you’ve filled out the details on the form, you can post it into their application forms box.
. Once the collaboration cafe is finished, the winners will be drawn by a lottery. There will be five winners from each store, making ten winners altogether.
(Note: you’ll need to fill in your details in japanese, and potentially have a japanese address to use so that they can send you the prize if you win).
I think that that’s just about everything we need to know about the collabo cafรฉ before it opens in March! For more information about the design competition that they held for the menu items, feel free to read about it here, and to see what the menu items will look like in real life, you can read our overview here!
We hope that everyone who manages to go there has an amazing time, and we’ll make sure to gather as many photos as possible when we go ourselves!

Quadimension’s latest compilation album, ไธๆๆณๅ Jungle Rules, has begun taking pre-orders starting February 28, 2020 at 8:00 PM (CST)! The album contains 9 tracks featuring Stardust, Cangqiong, and Shian.
I’ve been excited about this particular cafรฉ collabo for a while, and now I can finally show you what the final menu for it looks like – including real-life examples of the food! Can’t wait to see? Well let’s check it out then!
(For more information about the cafรฉ, as well as the menu item competition from last year, check out these links):
-On the first menu sheet, we can see ใใใใพ ‘s (Gurukuma’s) โSakura Miku O-Hanami Bentoโ, and we can see that it contains white rice and scrambled egg, “Sakura Denpu” (pink fish floss, which is finely shredded, seasoned fish which is coloured pink, wieners in the shape of octopuses, cheese, tomato, vegetable-filled tamagoyaki (rolled omelette), karaage (deep fried) chicken, lettuce, ham and edamame beans! As shown in the image, the bento comes in a pretty little box, and the lid has one of the official cafe collaboration illustrations on it! – ยฅ1,000 (all prices include tax). (Art by ่ณ้ใตใฏ)
-Next is the adaptation of Zuu‘s โSakura Miku Full Bloom Chazukeโ! This one certainly looks fancy, and it consists of white rice, salmon, salmon flakes, “Yurine” (or “lily bulb”, an edible bulb which is said to be crunchy and sweet), spring onion, “Shibazuke” (Kyoto- style chopped vegetables, pickled in salt with red shiso leaves) and tea. As well as this, there is salt pickled sakura in a small dish, as well as dashi (a japanese soup stock), nori (seaweed) and “arare” (roasted mochi pieces). You’ll pour the tea over the rice to finish preparing this delicious dish! – ยฅ1,100
-Third Down the menu is the โMiku-san Green Sobaโ, originally designed by ใญใ (Kino)! Here we have “Cha-soba” (buckwheat soba noodles infused with green tea), spring onion, wakame (a softer type of seaweed) and “Yaki Kama” (grilled fish collar). It also appears to have an edible (?) motif of Miku on top! – ยฅ1,000
-The final item on this page is the perfectly recreated “Meiko Burger”, designed by ๅคๆใปใใ (Yoake Hoshiko). It’s a cheeseburger with a red-coloured bun and a Meiko flag on top! There are also potato wedges and lettuce on the side, as well as Meiko’s name written in ketchup on the plate. – ยฅ1,000
-Up next is โLukaโs Seafood Plateโ from ใตใใผใใ (Felis)! For this you can expect seafood “tarako” pasta (“tarako” meaning cod roe), tuna on bruschetta bread, clam chowder and lettuce. A must-try for seafood fans at ยฅ1,100.
-Kagamine-themed sandwiches anyone? ใคใใ (Yamane) designed the โRin and Len Getting-Along Picnic Combo”, with two types of sandwiches: one egg one and one peach filled one! Furthermore, there is also lettuce, carrots, pineapple and orange on the side, as well as a “monaka” – a wafer cake filled with azuki (red bean) jam! – ยฅ1,000
-Next come the desserts! The โSakura Miku Dual Coloured Parfaitsโ from 7:24 look stunning! They both contain “kanten” (agar-agar gelatin), whipped cream, matcha whipped cream, cookies, chocolate, cornflakes and three-colour dango (small rice flour dumpling) sticks. One has strawberry ice cream, and one has matcha ice cream, so choose your favourite! – ยฅ850 per parfait.
-Our second dessert is an interesting one, as it’s a dish inspired by ใใใ ใผ ‘s (Kashuu’s) โMochimochi Shiratama ZenZaiโ and ใธใใฝใ ‘s (Hekopon’s) โSakura Miku Fuwa Fuwa Hidden Home Dorayakiโ. There’s a tiny cute dorayaki with a cherry inside and “shiratama anmitsu” (shiratama are rice flour dumplings, while anmitsu is typically a combination of bean jam, agar cubes, boiled beans, fruit pieces and syrupโ). There is also a tiny sakura mochi, as well as a sakura-shaped “nerikiri” (a sweet made from azuki paste wrapped in a layer of white bean paste mixed with mochi, which can be made into pretty shapes!), whipped cream and sakura sauce. – ยฅ850
-That brings us to the final dessert item; this one is a mixture of the designs by ใชใผใ (riifu) and ๆขๆ(Kaito), with the “Kaito’s Highly Recommended Ice Cream Waffles!” As the name suggests, we have waffles, blueberry and mango sauce, ramune (lemon/lime soda) ice cream, an ice cream cone, a soybean sheet, another “monaka”, whipped cream, powdered sugar and “arazan” (silver dragees). – ยฅ850
-And on the last menu, we have… the drinks! In the top left, we have a “Sakura Miku Soda” based on the designs by ๆฐดใฃใฝใในใผใ (Koorippoi Soup) and ใใใกใใ (Ugochan). It has sakura syrup, soda, peach jelly, and cherries inside! The drink costs ยฅ650, but if you’d like to keep the souvenir bottle, you’ll have to pay an extra ยฅ1,100 on top of that.
-On the right hand side is our first hot drink – the “O-Hanami Amazake Milk Tea”, designed by ia. Inside is amazake (a non alcoholic type of drink) and milk, sakura syrup and strawberry syrup with whipped cream on top and salt pickled sakura. – ยฅ600.
– R_pro_09‘s “Sakura Miku Miku Mi-cream Soda” looks amazing, especially with the Miku twin tails (presumably made from paper or card, and attached with toothpicks). Inside is melon soda, with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, a cherry on top and monaka. – ยฅ600
-Fans of Meiko might want to try the “Meiko’s Sangria-like Cranberry Juice” for ยฅ600, which contains cranberry juice and mixed berries! (Design by ่ถใ ใใ (Chadango)).
-One of the most impressive drinks here would definitely be the โAttakappuccinoโ, designed by ๆฐท่ๅญ๏ผใซใ). I’s a cappuccino but with an edible film with an image of Kaito’s coat on it! I definitely want to try it… – ยฅ600
-For Rin and Len we have the “Kirakira” drinks, based on the original design by ใใฟใ (Amiru). Rin’s one has orange juice, orange jelly, real pieces of orange, while Len’s on the other hand has pineapple soda, pineapple, real pieces of pineapple. Both have whipped cream, chocolate and sprinkles though! It’s kind of weird that they chose pineapple for Len though. I wish they’d done something banana related. – ยฅ600each.
-Last but by no means least, we have the decadent- looking “Luka’s Iced Ichigo-Ore”. It has milk, strawberry syrup, strawberries, whipped cream and chocolate sauce on top! ใขใกใฟใณ (Ametako) did an amazing job with designing it too!
But hold on a minute, that’s not all I have for you!
For every order, you’ll get one of these coasters!
Each one uses one of the official illustrations for the collaboration! Remember that you get them randomly, so you won’t get to choose. They’re all super cute though, so this shouldn’t matter too much.
And if you were upset that our other Piapro friends didn’t get coasters – you’re in luck!
If you spend at least ยฅ2,000 on food, drinks and merchandise (for information about merch, check out my newer article here), then you’ll receive one of these special coasters too! Again, these will be given out randomly, so you can’t choose which one you want.
Ahh, isn’t it all so exciting? Make sure you check out my previous related articles to find out more information about the cafรฉ locations, and compare the final menu items to their original designs. I’m slightly disappointed that we didn’t get a Rin-themed dessert, but there’s still lots of exciting food to try out, so I’m definitely happy nonetheless.

This time, the new merchandise is featuring an ukiyo-e style illustration of Hatsune Miku by ๅฒฉๅ / Iwato. Have you ever envisioned Miku’s hair as a representation of Hokusai’s double “The Great Waves”? And there’s not just one wave hereโฆ but two in the form of her signature twin-tails, which help in portraying a gorgeously elegant version of our virtual diva, Miku!ย
See the hub page below where you can find other collaboration merchandise with Hatsune Miku from Atelier Magie, and expect a release sometime in the middle of April!
It’s something I wouldn’t have expected to happen, but Hatsune Miku and her gaggle of friends will be helping out at Yomiuri Land, an amusement park in Tokyo!
The illustration for this collaboration was created by ๅทฆ (hidari) , who also drew the original designs for Vocaloids Mayu and Akikoloid-chan!
I also remember posting about the theme song for Yomiuri Land’s Vocaloid collaboration on our Facebook page a while back! Here it is again, “Positive Parade” featuring Hatsune Miku, by DECO*27.
So while you’re walking around the theme park, you’ll even be able to listen to Miku singing!
As well as this, there have been official collaboration goods produced for the event, AND a collaboration cafe.
In the top left are designs for trading acrylic badges for ยฅ600 (about ยฃ4 GBP / $5 USD) each! Designed by ๅทฆ (hidari) (the ones on the left XD) and ๆจไธใใฎใ (Kiue Kinoko) (on the right) come blind, so it might take a while to get the one you want.
Next to them is a design for a type of hoodie, but no information about this has been released yet (I’ll update this article when we find out more).
And at the bottom of the image are the “Colour Parade” gummy sweets. There are two types of boxes, and both have three types of flavoured sweets:
The green ones are muscat grape, the orange ones are… well… orange flavour, and the yellow ones are lemon flavour! There are four individually wrapped gummies of each flavour in the box. The box has Rin, Len and Miku on it, and each coloured sweet is supposed to represent a character!
(I’d like to note that there is also “Kodomo Gumi” written on the box, implying that these sweets are aimed towards kids. Obviously, we all want some anyway though).
In the second box, there are the “adult” sweets, including Luka, Kaito and Meiko themed ones, with the pink ones tasting like peach, the red ones like apples and the blue ones like soda (lemon and lime).
Within each box, you also get a randomly selected sticker of one of the characters on the outside of the box!
There are also super cool can badges available with the same illustrations:
These cost ยฅ660 (about ยฃ5 GBP / $6 USD), but you can actually choose which one you want, rather than them being blind bagged.
The acrylic keyrings will set you back by ยฅ1100 (about ยฃ8 GBP / $10 USD) if you by the ones by ๅทฆ (hidari), and ยฅ990 (about ยฃ7 GBP / $9 USD) if you choose to buy the acrylic stand keyrings by ๆจไธใใฎใ .
For anyone with walls that need extra vocaloid fanciness, the B2 tapestry is the way to go, for ยฅ3300 (about ยฃ23 GBP / $30 USD)
If you collect clear files obsessively (like me), you’ll certainly be interested in the two clear file sets, one for each commissioned artist:
Each set is worth ยฅ1650 (about ยฃ11 GBP / $15 USD).
Some of the most unique items are the “Chekki”- style cards sets! Chekki are usually the type of photos you get with a polaroid at a maid cafe, but here you can get “signed” ones from your favourite Cryptonloids! Each set is ยฅ660, so pretty affordable overall.
If you’re a fan of postcards, there will also be a postcard set available for ยฅ1320 (about ยฃ9 GBP / $12 USD). And that’s for all of these:
Another edible piece of merchandise would be the “Collaboration Chocolate Crunch”, a box containing milk chocolate, white chocolate and strawberry flavoured crunchy ball sweets. This set costs ยฅ1080 altogether (about ยฃ7 GBP / $9 USD), and will contain one random sticker from the selection shown.
But it’s not over yet…it’s been said that visitors who try their luck at the “Bungee Jump Challenge” could be in for getting one of these really cool badges too!
As of today, there has also been information about an interesting “deluxe novelty” design for the tickets for the event:
One of the other highlights of the event will be the Hatsune Miku x Sea Lion show! The sea lions are said to be dancing to the aforementioned Yomiuri Land x Hatsune Miku theme song!
Oh, and you know the collabo cafe I mentioned earlier?
Here are the menu items! There will be the so called “pancake sandwich” and bubble tea drinks available!
Patrons will also be able to try out the two new games, “Project Sekai” and “Mega 39’s” in the Aurora exhibition space here. Make sure to check them out if you go!
The event will begin on the 15th February, and end on the 15th March 2020! Visitors young and old are sure to have a great time. For ticket prices, see the end of the post!
I think that’s everything for now. Thank you for reading ^^;.
